Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Returns requested after 7 days are considered used and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are shared between the customer and us unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • A valid tracking number is required for all return shipments.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty
